Training courses

We want to actively influence the quality of projects carried out in Poland and Europe in our areas of operation. The experience and knowledge we have gained over the years has enabled us to establish a training department with the idea of promoting and supplying the best specialists to labour markets. We specialise in the training of entry-level argon welders who find employment in the energy, petrochemical and chemical industries. The duration of the course is selected individually to suit the needs and skills of each participant. The training ends with an examination under the supervision of UDT (Polish Office of Technical Inspection), TUV or IS. Graduates of our courses acquire unique skills in right- and left-hand welding of thick-walled pipes of grade 15Mo, CrMoxxx, X20 and P91. As part of upskilling, we also offer mirror welding training, after which a minimum 12-month apprenticeship is required. We also provide professional training for electric installation and network welders and structural welders in the MIG-MAG method. In addition, we also train fitter-locksmiths, steel structure fitters and fitter-isometrists. Participants in our courses acquire basic theoretical knowledge in the field of machining, strength of materials, hardening and plastic working. In the practical part, they learn how to read technical and isometric drawings. Each course concludes with an examination in thermal plasma and oxy-acetylene torch cutting, basic MIG MAG welding, drilling, marking out and grinding. Completion of the training is confirmed by an appropriate certificate.
